New Patient Consultation
£95.00
Includes assessment and, where appropriate, treatment.
45 minutes
Your first appointment is designed to make sense of what you’ve been experiencing and understand what’s keeping your symptoms active.
We begin with a detailed conversation about what’s been happening and how it’s affecting you. The aim is to properly understand your situation before moving on to assessment.
We’ll then carry out a comprehensive assessment of how your head, jaw, neck and spine are functioning, using specific orthopaedic and neurological tests where appropriate. The examination is precise and measured, and adapted carefully to your comfort throughout.
In this appointment we will:
- Clarify how your symptoms behave and what tends to aggravate or ease them
- Identify the specific patterns contributing to your pain or restriction
- Explain clearly what is likely to be maintaining the problem
- Talk through whether treatment is likely to help and what that would realistically involve
If appropriate, treatment can usually begin on the same day. It’s always tailored to what feels appropriate for you.
If this approach isn’t the right fit, I’ll explain honestly and guide you towards the most suitable next step.
There is no obligation to continue beyond this appointment.
Follow-up Appointments – £55.00
Follow-ups are where we build on what’s changed and help it to hold long-term.
We review what’s improved since your last visit and how you’ve been coping day to day. Treatment is then adjusted carefully and precisely to keep your progress moving in the right direction and prevent the issue from returning.
The aim is simple: precise, gentle treatment to get you back to living normally again, without symptoms running your day or limiting what you do.
If you’re wondering how many sessions you will need
That depends on how long things have been going on, how quickly you settle between visits, and what your day-to-day demands look like.
If ongoing care is appropriate, I’ll explain why, outline options, and you decide what feels right.
